Wow this is an amazing cookbook! I have a ton of cookbooks from an array of food types and some I paid quite a bit for. This cookbook has so much for such a small price everyone can benefit from it. About 3 years ago I had a huge tumor removed and lived through it. I’m now very serious about my health and wellness. I was raised a meat and potatoes girl and am 80 but this book caught my attention and I said I’m trying everything else why not Vegan? I have to say I’m not missing meat and that’s surprisingly good. About the book: Well thought out Very informative but not overwhelming Detailed for success Everything pre planned for the user Meals tasty and enjoyable Takes the work out eating well. I give this cookbook 10 stars Try it you won’t be disappointed!!!!!
